If you already have plans prepared, or choose to engage designers yourself, Unistruct will undertake construction of your project based upon your design and plans. Through our preliminary process we provide early appraisals, detailed tendering, and contract documentation ready for construction. We can offer staged, budget and content focused proposals, or a fully detailed one off quote, both with firm outcomes.

You will always be kept up to speed with current information enabling you to make informed decisions and maintain direction throughout the process.

You’ll receive a professional, detailed, fixed price quote with proposed start and completion dates. Construction of your project will be delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standard.

We believe that the success of any project depends on maintaining professional communication between all involved in the building and design process. We have the expertise, experience and the track record to manage, build and complete small scale works to large residential projects.

• Construction Services on a Lump Sum tender basis, Negotiated Tender basis, or Cost Plus percentage fee basis for:
