Established in 1992, Unistruct Building was formed by Stuart Crofts with the vision to deliver quality and integrity at every turn, on every project.

Stuart Crofts has over 30+ years experience in the building industry. As director and gold licensed builder, Stuart has the proven expertise in residential construction, detail joinery, project and business management.

Unistruct’s philosophy is based on open communication and collaboration at all stages of the building lifecycle. Unique projects require unique solutions. Each project solution is created and managed to meet specific time, budget, and quality requirements.

What We Do

Unistruct provides a full-service building  solution, managing all aspects of residential construction, from concept to completion.

We aim to increase the value of your property and create a home that you love to live in. Unistruct will help you to realise your property’s full potential and functionality. We like to interrogate the brief and come up with the most innovative design or construction solution.

Unistruct is able to provide initial consultation services, preliminary cost indications, & construction advice, enabling our clients to make informed decisions throughout the pre-construction stages of planning and preparation, and throughout the construction process.

It is imperative to Unistruct that we deliver the highest quality product & service in a well managed, efficient and transparent process. We manage critical issues of time, cost, safety, and quality throughout the building process, providing regularly updated contract details, and timelines to our clients.

Building will often entail large amounts of information, decisions, and communication, across numerous platforms with numerous stakeholders. In understanding the complexities and intricacies of building custom designs, we aim to make this process as smooth and concise as possible for all parties, with effective systems, clear communication, and courteous and respectful relationships.

We understand that to many owners the thought of building can be a daunting experience. We work closely with our clients to guide them through the process, ensuring all decisions prior to and during construction are made co-operatively and with our client’s best interest in mind. We are always open and receptive to our client’s thoughts and ideas.. We love to build and want you to enjoy the journey equally.

Unistruct regularly works in collaboration with architects, designers, and engineers at all phases of design, and construction. We have been privileged to build quality architect designed homes, major additions, and alterations, working closely with architects and consultants on the projects. A number of these projects having received industry awards, magazine profiles and accolades.
